- One Winter Igloo ticket accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably (8 guests cozily).
- Each ticket is for 90 minutes.
- Mini FM/AM radio & bluetooth speaker for playing your favorite holiday tunes.
- Charcuterie box, donut box & beverage pre-order is available during igloo ticket purchase checkout.
- Food and beverage from The Lodge Bar can be ordered from your server during your igloo visit.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated past 20 minutes.
- No outside food or drink.
- Pets are not allowed in igloos.

All sales are final. Winter Igloo tickets are non-refundable. In the event Roc Holiday Village must close due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
